Kelso Industries DMV, serving customers in D.C, Maryland, and Northern Virginia, is a mechanical services company and HVAC contractor built on more than 25 years of hands-on field experience.
What started in the area in 1999 as Brothers Duct Work — a proprietorship founded by Noel Ayala focused on HVAC ductwork installation for mechanical contractors — became Brothers Mechanical, Inc. in 2005 as the company expanded into design, installation, and service for industrial, commercial, high-rise, residential, and institutional mechanical systems, including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, plumbing, and controls. Today, that same expertise continues as Kelso Industries DMV, based out of Lorton, VA.
